Our prints are processed from high resolution photos ready for framing or to be displayed directly on your walls.  The utmost care is put into the production of these one of a kind photos captured by our creative team.

If you need to return your order, please return it in the same condition it was received within 7 days of purchase. We will either correct the issue and send it back to you fixed, or refund your money if that is what you want. For a full refund the product must be in the exact same condition it was received. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED. 

 

[Cancellation Policy]

 

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please use the Contact section and notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations will be accepted on all orders if the cancellation is received prior to shipping. If shipping has occurred please see the Returns Policy.

[Shipping]

All items will ship within 2-5 BUSINESS days of the receipt of the order depending on the number of orders in the fulfillment process ahead of your order.

All Custom items will ship after completion. Contact us for approximation of time.

We are happy to ship domestically or internationally, depending on your location.

 

[Damaged items during shipping]

If the shipping box appears to be damaged, please take digital images of the box prior to opening. Once opened, if the contents of the box are damaged, please take digital images of the damaged product. Use the Contact section of the website to notify us of the damages and we will do the best we can to get you a replacement order out as soon as possible.

 

[Domestic Shipping]

Domestic (US) shipping rates are usually a flat US $5. We typically ship using UPS (Next Day Air Saver) for most prints (depending on the package size and shipping zone).

 

** Please do not use a P.O. Box for orders - UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes ** 

 

[International Shipping] 

International rates are usually a flat US $20. Shipping rates my increase with larger custom orders. Shipping is completed by the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail International, to help keep costs as low as possible while still providing quality service. 

 

** While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, please anticipate up to 4-5 weeks for International delivery. **

 

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Any customs taxes or fees levied to the buyer upon receipt of the product will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary greatly depending on the buying location and we are not able to estimate these with your international order.
